Combine marinade ingredients, mix well, and pour over ribs. Marinate for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover ribs and cook for 1/2 hour. Remove cover, lower temperature to 325 degrees, and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. (Or, remove from oven after initial 1/2 hour and finish on the grill). Serves 4 |
